The Harummanis story began in a humble hawker stall in Teck Whye Lane, Singapore in 1992. It has since served the local community for over two generations and continues to do so. Today, Chef Akmal Anuar embarks on a new chapter – Redefining Harummanis. With his contemporary take on modern Malay dining, he honors his parents' enduring legacy that has thrived for over thirty years.
